Comment: I get water running through my basement every time it rains....it has rained so much all fall, and especially this past week that it doesnt seem to be going down...usually after a few dry days the cellar dries out....i just bought this house in the summer...it is obviously a recurring issue since all the things in the cellar were on raised structures. my neighbor told me she had the same issue when she moved in..

Comment: We Have a concrete basement floor. Previous owner put drylock on the cement floor (which was really made for walls) some years ago. They put pink tongue and groove pink foam board on the floor then pergola flooring. We removed this flooring, The drylock paint on floor chipped over time.. we scrapped off all that was loose. If we chose to purchase Thermal Decking, we have wonderd if it would be an additional benefit to apply a concrete floor sealer on the concrete? Over the remaining drylock on concrete basement floor?

Comment: I would like a quote on waterproofing our basement. We have some cracks on the stairs from the garage that allow water to come in to the first level of our raised ranch. In the laundry room water has also seeped in before from the foundation wall.
