He communicated well, he was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was also very thorough with our annual maintenance. He left us detailed notes of everything he did and everything we needed to do to ensure our equipment performed as intended. I really appreciate Mike's annual service yesterday at my home. He found my humidifier not to be working and replaced it with a new one that has a 5-year warranty. The old one was put in 3-4 years ago from a "bad batch" (by serial number). I most appreciate his honesty. Another company might not have been so forthcoming and waited until I called and said the hygrometer numbers were high. THANK YOU, MIKE! I'm very appreciative!

Matt was easy to talk to- he didn't give me the hard push. He laid out the options and he didn't turn me off, which I appreciated.
