Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!

System designer, Zack Bullock, met with Patricia, completed a full inspection and offered her an estimate that same day at no cost! Ready to protect her basement, Patricia agreed. Soon foreman, Toby Bryant, and his crew were onsite installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Super Sump Plus sump pump and CleanSpace walls. The WaterGuard system will drain any water entering the basement to the Super Sump Plus where it will be pumped out of the house. The CleanSpace wall material is anti-microbial and will funnel any water entering the block wall down into the WaterGuard system. It also covers any staining on the walls giving them a fresh look.
