This is a sealant applied over a wall crack that ensures it is waterproof and flexes with the movement of the wall. In just a few hours, Technician DJ Coffer was able to install the FlexiSpan. Now this home has a dry basement again!

We went out and installed and full perimeter WaterGuard, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches your basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe Sump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never have to worry about flooding again!
