This homeowner wanted to take advantage of the housing market and sell their home. They decided to have our Watergaurd drainage system with a Smart Sump Pump installed to appeal to any new homeowner that was interested in their home. Our team installed did a beautiful install of the system to include french drain in front of the exterior doorway and work around for the existing water heater. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned with a gap that was in-between the baseboard and floor. The home owners were flipping this property and getting it done efficiently was important to them. We sent our System Designer, Paul, out to inspect the property. After a thorough inspection he determined the best solution was to install our Smart Jacks XT to raise the floor and add additional support . 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned about the excessive amount of water coming in through their walls into their basement. Fortress solved the homeowners problems by installing our WaterGaurd system. The WaterGaurd system ensures the customer that the water that is seeping in through the walls will drain directly into their sump pump. Fortress left this job with a dry basement and one happy customer!

This home in Union Hall had a basement with water intrusion issues. The homeowner reached out to us at Fortress to see what we could be do to solve this issue.

We sent our System Designer, Chris Guill, out to evaluate this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing their basement will be staying dry, even during the worst of storms!

Tom B. of Harrisonburg, VA experienced water coming into his basement with every rain. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions and made an appointment. A System Designer performed an inspection and using his moisture meter, could measure the high levels. He was able to give him a free estimate for a FlexiSpan.
