So far so good with the job.  I will need to give it some time to see if the problem is fixed.  The installation crew was a group of good guys and good workers.  The office staff was good.  The Solution Specialist was knowledgable and he explained everything. In fact, one of the top reasons I went with the company was because of Jerry's presentation and knowledge.  

My wife and I finally found a home we wanted and it had a crack in one of the basement walls. My good friend Ryan Holmes and his team - Greg, Ryan & Ron fixed the wall Carbon Fiber Straps. They gave us peace of mind, a transferable lifetime warranty, and the ability to refinish the wall easily because of the straps. And they did it all in a very timely manner! A few years ago I had some trouble with "pests" in my new home.  I was quick to find a convenient, inexpensive, trustworthy and dependable crew at Alford's.  Melisa was great and was able to set me up to have a payment automatically deducted from my checking acount instead of having to hassle writing checks.  Melisa is always eager to answer any questions that I may have and provides me with the answers I need.  Our technician is knowledgeable and always on time with appointments.  I would definately recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone looking to improve their home, whether its pest control or even construction.  Alford's is the BEST!!!

Extremely satisfied. Our basement is beautiful.  They are the BEST. They were fast and efficient. Very friendly and helpful.  It was explained to us very well. The crew worked a miracle.  I never dreamed our basement could look so good. 

Our technician, Scott Elswick, is always polite, caring, and is very careful in checking for any problems that have been reported to him. He has always come in immediately when we call him. He never hesitates to explain the problem and how he solved it.

The crew were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I had 2 other companies provide estimates, but Alford's gave me a price I could afford. They did a great job and finished in 3 days!

Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. They did a wonderful job and are such a nice team of workers! Thanks so much guys!!

My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood. Thank you Alfords!!

Everyone I talked with in the company was cooperative, professional, and knowledgbale. I had another doing landscape woark at the same time and Alford was very helpul in making sure all the work was done as efficiently as possible. I am glad I vhose Alford to do the Helical Piers. I am confident our foundation problems were corrected.
