Mr. Reynolds conducted the annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently.  He checked inside along the floor and corners and outside along the foundation.  I always learn something about termites and other home invaders and it is explained in terms I understand.  The main office phone staff is clear and I can understand them.

Cody and the Alford crew who did the work - Paul, Jayden & Joe - were all very professional, diligent, and courteous. Cody was an incredible jack-of-all-trades and not only presided over a great job, but answered all my questions and accommodated all of my requests as the job progressed. The entire experience with Alford related to the project, from initial contact and estimate to job execution and clean-up, was excellent. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the result.
