This block wall foundation in Wausaukee had considerable cracks and gaps which was causing water and other materials to get inside of the home, and the bigger issue of the home losing stability. After inspecting the home, our team determined the issue was being caused by a 10'x10' cement porch on that side of the home which was cracked approximately 8" on each side and had sunk at least 2". This caused that side of the home to crack and separate the foundation. To fix the issue, PolyLevel® Injection foam was injected beneath the concrete slab to fill in the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the concrete. After the concrete was raised back to the correct height, and the block was raised back into the correct position, NexusPro® crack sealant was applied to the cracks and gaps to ensure they were sealed. If you are experiencing cracked or sinking sidewalks, an uneven driveway, cracked concrete, sinking stairs or a settling garage floor, contact Sure-Dry to schedule a free, no-obligation estimate!

The block foundation walls of this home in Bancroft, WI were bowing inward due to hydrostatic pressure from the surrounding wet soil.
To stabilize this home's foundation walls, Sure-Dry installed their Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor System. Heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors are embedded in stable, undisturbed soil outside your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. This method also offers the potential to straighten the wall back to its original position.

After noticing cracks in the bricks around their home, they decided to call the experts at Sure-Dry to have a look at their foundation.
Once our team arrived at their home, we knew what the problem was. The soil beneath the home wasn't strong enough to support the weight of the home so it began to sink. To fix this problem, we installed our Helical Piers which are dug down deep into the Earth and rest on hard, compacted soil.
These homeowners couldn't be happier knowing that their home is safe from any further foundation issues.
