Before Installation

The basement in Wausau, WI, had a standard small window that was insufficient for use as an emergency exit. This window allowed minimal natural light into the basement bedroom, creating a somewhat dark and confined atmosphere. The lack of a proper egress window not only compromised safety but also limited the usability and appeal of the space.

After Installation

Following the installation by Sure-Dry, the basement bedroom now features a new egress window that meets all safety regulations for an emergency exit. The new window is significantly larger, allowing much more natural light to flood the room, creating a brighter and more inviting environment. The addition of the egress window enhances the overall safety of the basement, providing a reliable and accessible escape route in case of emergencies. This upgrade also increases the functionality and value of the basement, making it a more attractive living space.

In Crandon, WI we fixed these homeowner's bowed and cracked garage block walls with our PowerBraces. PowerBraces work extremely efficiently in holding a wall firmly in place. Over time, the PowerBraces can be adjusted to push the wall back. 

The concrete walkway of this home in Marshfield, WI was in extremely rough shape! Years of soil erosion had caused the slab to sink over five inches down from its original position, creating a steep entry into the garage. Along with the sinking, unsightly cracks had formed and the control joints turned into major gaps.  

To lift and level the concrete, Sure-Dry used their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry out. That means a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete driveway, patio, pool deck or sidewalk for years to come, protecting it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.
