Best experience I've ever had with a contractor.  The installation crew was the best! They were so courteous, knowledgeable, and always invited me to see their progress. The three guys worked so hard each day. Could not say enough nice things about the crew! They were so complimentary about the company and their jobs, too. Nice to see that in a crew. 

Your installation crew was very courteous, very hard-working and very concerned with our satisfaction! You convinced me that external foundation fixes were not as likely to produce the desire dry basement result and I liked the material covering the ugly, stained basement walls. Most important is the transferable 25-year guarantee! Your personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, patient and responsive, in addition to being pleasant and caring about our satisfaction. Crew was professional neat and clean. They did a fantastic job!  Mike Collison was our sales rep. Other company was going to go around our well pressure tank, water heater, and water softener with the drain tile. Mike recommended open surface grate ( which is more money but the right call), other company didn't even bring it up during estimate. Mike also recommended weep line to new sump pit from old pit where water has been pumped for 42 yrs. Overall, great experience from estimate to finish! The new owners of our house will be happy.

I just wanted to tell you that I really learned a lot yesterday from Chris.  I have been dealing with a mess in my crawl space since August 10, 2021.  He went under my house and got all the information he needed and then we sat down and talked.  A lot of what he said about what was going on in my crawl space, I had suspected myself.  He led me through the entire process of what your company could do to make it right.  I did have a couple of semi-panic attacks and he took his time to make sure I totally understood what he was saying.  I will now be able to sleep at night knowing that Sure Dry Basement Systems is taking care of me.  I want to thank you and especially Chris for getting my life back in order.  Because of winter, some of the project will be done right away and the remainder of the project will happen in April.  You have a very honorable and patient employee with Chris Keast.

We've had some good rainstorms and NOTHING has gotten INTO the basement. This system is working GREAT! The crew left no mess behind when they installed it also.

I want to thank him for all his time and shared knowledge and patience. No other company guaranteed their work. One company needed several sub contractors to do work, before and after. They didn't even remove the old insulation. Another was very expensive for the work they would do, and still, again, I would have needed sub contractors. Your company has made this their business, not a way to make money, and their continued training for their people, their knowledge and understanding of what is needed and involved is far superior to everyone else.
