The office staff is always professional and personable.  Gary was great to deal with and very thorough.  He was training a new person, so it was great to meet him.    He also called ahead to make sure we knew he was coming, and we appreciated him asking if we wanted him to wear a mask.  We are so pleased with everything from Badger basement.  We have had no problems with water since the work was done.

Representative (Dale) was excellent.  You had more options to correct our problem and detailed explainations in the book.  Outside was left clean when done.
