This Phoenix home's stem wall was showing serious signs of stem failure. The concrete was weakened by the rebar inside oxidizing. Fortunately, we have a solution, our patented non-ferrous composite. The system uses a composite material that is non-corroding. While replacement rebars often fail when they oxidize, this isn't a problem with our system. 

The stem wall at the Phoenix home began flacking and cracking. This was due to the rebar becoming oxidized and weakening the concrete around it. We came in and installed our patented non-ferrous composite.
