The stem wall of the Phoenix, AZ home was showing signs of failure. Stem walls crack, spall, and flake when the rebar inside becomes oxidized which weakens the concrete. Our stem wall repair crew cut out the existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite.

We were called out to the Fisher home to check out their foundation, because it seemed that an addition on their home seemed to be settling. Ryan Tracey had determined that in order to stabilize the foundation of the home and prevent it from settling further, we needed to put 2 helical piers to lift the addition. Here is a before and after picture, you wouldn't even know we were there, that is how good our guys are!
