The stem wall of the Chandler home began showing serious warning signs of failure. This was due to the oxidation of the rebar inside the concrete. Our expert stem excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. Foreman Raymundo Gutierrez removed the existing rebar and replaced it with our patented Stem Wall Repair System. To finish, he coated the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
