After Project Description:

After the comprehensive evaluation by Design Specialist Ted, Arizona Foundation Solutions completed the stem wall repair for the Mesa homeowner. The damage at the corner of the house, originally caused by rusting rebar, was repaired using industry-approved techniques to ensure long-term stability.

Foreman Bo and his crew followed a methodical approach to fix the issue, starting with the removal of damaged concrete to expose the rusted rebar. The rebar was sandblasted back to its original state, and an ion-blocking epoxy coating was applied to prevent further rusting. Finally, an anodic-based repair mortar was used to fill the cracks, ensuring a robust and lasting solution.

The repair not only restored the structural integrity of the home but also provided peace of mind to the homeowner, enabling them to move forward with the sale without further concerns about the foundation.
