My experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was exceptional! I had great communication from the office staff when calling to schedule. Bryan W. (our residential consultant) was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. He called me a couple days prior to our scheduled appointment to introduce himself, then to confirm our appointment, and finally to let me know when he was en route. He did a thorough job of inspecting a property we are considering purchasing and had a few concerns about. There were some cracks in several places in one of the bedrooms and he pointed out that these were likely not related to any foundation problem but poor construction to an addition/modification of the home. I reviewed previous listings on the MLS (I am a licensed real estate agent) and sure enough, the house had previously been a 3 bedroom and was now a 4 bedroom due to an enclosed open den that was just off the living room (where the majority of the issues were noticed)! He reviewed that and the other concerns I had in a thorough, easy to understand manner. Luckily, we got a clean bill of health for the foundation and his assessment gave us peace of mind. I have not previously worked with any foundation repair companies and this was a great first experience. I will be recommending Arizona Foundation Solutions to all of my clients!

I had a flooring issue come up during a potential buyer's home inspection on my house. We wanted to be sure there weren't any structural issues with the home so I called Arizona Foundation Solutions and they sent out Bryan "Wooly" Wooldridge. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He walked me through the inspection, telling me what he was looking for, what he did and didn't see in my home, and explaining things to me that would help me as I met with future prospective buyers. It turns out there were no signs of structural issues, so I won't be needing to have them come back out (or put unexpected $$$ into this home!). I'm so glad I called and made this appointment. We are very happy with Arizona Foundations Solutions. They were very friendly, professional, and honest. In our case we needed to determine if we had a foundation problem in order to sell our property. Their team of Engineers & technicians measured and calculated and determined that we did not need any repair. An honest company will operate their business in just this way!

    This morning, our awesome Director of Production Operations - Tom Dixon - recieved a call that literally made his day!     Good morning AZFS- I wanted to take a minute to share an early morning phone call from one of our customers. Mrs. I.R. Mrs. I.R. was so happy with her installation of our MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System that she called me this morning at 6:30 am. She wanted to complement AZFS on having employees like Felix and David Laguna working for us. She said they spoke to her several times prior to the job and once on site carefully explained every step of the process. Felix walked her through everything he would be doing and patiently answered all of her questions. They were clean and courteous throughout the installation, she even said when Felix and David were done with everything that they cleaned the installation site so well, she wouldn’t have to clean that area this week. I am not exaggerating when I tell you guys how that made my day. Tom  

I'm always suspicious of "free" inspections by any company.  The Arizona Foundation Solutions engineer who accomplished my inspection was completely open and honest when he said that the crack in my foundation did not require his company's expertise.  He recommended just having a good handyman accomplish the repair.  I was impressed!

The customer service was amazing, from initial inquiry to inspection and quote, to follow up. Really impressive - you're doing a great job!

Jacob did a gutter and moisture level system installation.  Shawn worked on the gutter installation.Both were very respectful of limiting the mess and dirt involved in installing such systems.  Jacob made an extra effort to be sure that the moisture level system, installed in the attic, did not come in contact with anything in the attic, like a wood beam, that would cause vibration noise when it was working.  Jacob left the inside of the house as clean as possible.  Shawn installed the gutters so that they are up on the house to stay.  All the outdoor trash from the job was picked up and removed.Barron repaired a large crack that was on the foundation.  It looks much, much better and was ground down to an even level so I can install replacement tile.  He also left the house as clean as could be in the circumstances.I would recommend them to others for the same type of work.  They all explained what they did and what to expect.  No one was EVER rude or lost their patience with my questions.The reason I gave a 4 was because the administrative staff was not very responsive.  I was having 3 different jobs performed over 3 days and no one could seem to tell me, or even bother to get back with me, about which day what was going to be done.  I also had trouble finding out what time in the morning the employees would show up for the job.

Chris did an excellent job explaing the ehgineering report and repair recommendations. Was patient, professional and ansered our questions in terms we understood. His prensation helped considerably in my decision to go forward. 

I want to let you know that Felix is a very nice person, very respectful, and he knows his job very well. We need more people like him!! Thank you, Mariana Carey.

Fantastic Job! Eduardo was terrific. This was my second time working with him, and both times, he was the best. Courteous, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, delivered in every aspect of the job - excellent and professional. He was wonderfully understanding of my special needs child. We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

We had stem wall work done over three years ago and were very satisfied with the work. For that reason, we recently asked for an inspection of another crack unrelated to the previous work. The inspection was done by Bryan Wooldbridge who was very cordial and professional, and provided a timely estimate that we intend to accept shortly.
