We worked with Ryan O, he came to our house to explain their services and processes, he answered all the questions (and I had many questions to get a full understanding and I am detailed oriented). The company had also sent me great information to review to help educate myself. After looking at other companies we decided to go with Arizona’s foundation solutions and they have been great, Ryan has come to her house during the process, we had to have a lot of work done, all of the crews that have shown up have been cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful (each crew specializes in the various components and know what they are doing). The company did have some internal communication difficulties with their schedulers and we had to reschedule a couple of things but in the end everything was completed. Ryan has come back to ensure that everything has gone well, he is great to work with.

I have recently been dealing with Chris Ortiz concerning repair of our house foundation. He has been very helpful with his knowledge and expertise about our particular issues. Chris has been punctual, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The analysis technician, Joelin Vistante, was equally friendly, professional and efficient in collecting data for the Forensic Engineering Report. I am very impressed with the amount of information and the use of technology. I am looking forward to seeing the plan in action.

Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to fix your foundation problems. Brian Patrick was very easy to work with and immediately knew what was wrong with my foundation. Their engineers came out, conducted extensive tests and came up with a plan to solve my problem. Brain came back out and explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Jacob Davis came out and installed the pumps, explained how they worked and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as they went along and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I also had gutters installed and they look great. I am very pleased with the work done by this company and give them 5 stars.Debbie

Called Arizona Foundation Solutions for a water issue coming from the outside of our slab into our living room area. Brian confirmed what we suspected and gave us EXCELLENT direction on how to pursue our issue. Brian was VERY knowledgeable and helpful and took his time explaining what our options are. My widowed mother was set to buy a home in Gilbert after my father, her husband, died.  She wanted a home close to me and found one in the near proximity.  However, she knew nothing about spotting any foundation or settlement problems with the home in advance of purchasing it.  Also, she was not informed by any of the sales agents of any problems with the home. I was walking thru the home with my mother as a final look-thru just a few days prior to the close of escrow and I noticed some cracks in the ceiling and in some of the walls.  I called Arizona Foundation Solutions to see what they could tell me about the home.  Shawn Shelton was able to come out just before escrow closed.  He did a manometer survey and informed me that day after the survey was completed that there was some severe settlement in the foundation. When asked he felt that the costs to stabilize the house and do the repairs caused by the settlement would be substantial.  Escrow was set to close the next morning and my mother was able to back out which she did. We are very grateful for the effective, honest and efficient service put forth by Arizona Foundation Solutions in this matter.  Without this service my mother would have unknowingly been placed in a stressful and costly situation.

Barron Mullender and Greg Andrews from AFS, came out to repair cracks in the concrete slab of my garage. They were very courteous and explained everything they were going to. The job was done in timely manner and I am very pleased with the result. Great job. Thanks!
