This homeowner requested a free estimate on our website. She was concerned that her vapor barrier wasn't sufficient for keeping the moisture out any longer. She knew she needed it replaced, as it wasn't covering the entire ground area. She called in the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, then she sat down with our system design specialist, Curtis, who found more than just a moisture issue, he found mold. Together, they developed a plan to eliminate mold that had begun to grow and develop, as well as keep the moisture from impacting her home further. 

Thomas and his crew first treated the crawl space with Mold-X2, a cleaner that removes mold within 20 seconds, and Mold-X2 Botanical, preventing mold from growing back. After grading the crawl space for drainage, the Drainage Matting was installed to facilitate ground water flow, and SilverGlo Vent Seals were custom cut to insulate the crawl space. The piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner creating a seamless transition for the CleanSpace Liner. The CleanSpace Liner isolated the home from the earth completely, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was set up to pull humidity out of the air. 

The homeowner is happy and enjoying a drier and healthier home.
