Dane M. called in to inquire about his crawl space having some excess moisture, so we sent one of our expert System Design Specialists out to evaluate the issue. He recommended a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, so Jordan and his crew got to work installing our Drainage Matting, which placed underneath our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner. When combined with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, these products all help to drain away excess moisture to the perimeter of the crawl space and isolate your home from the earth, drastically reducing the relative humidity of the space to our recommended 55% or below. Jordan and his crew completed the job by adding our SilverGlo Insulation board and sealing off any open vent holes with airtight vent seals, to ensure moisture stays locked out of the area.
Dane now has a much cleaner, drier, and healthier crawl space, which is good for the home and the family!
This client called in stating that she had a serious moisture problem, so she wanted a professional from CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas to come inspect the area and help resolve her issues. The System Design Specialist determined that the best remedy would be a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
Our crew began by removing and disposing of all the debris in the space, then laid down a dimpled Drainage Matting over the floor of the crawlspace, which will help control moisture coming up from the dirt floor. Over the top, our 20-mil CleanSpace liner was laid down seamlessly throughout the crawl space and mechanically fastened to the walls. Finally, the crew installed our SaniDry Dehumidifier, which will keep the humidity below 55%, so mold doesn't stand a chance and dust mites die off!

Curtis spoke to the resident and completed his inspection, then presented her with the findings, and a plan to protect her home.
The crawl space was quite damp, with humidity at around 88%. Justin and his crew prepped and graded the area, including spreading out a large pile of rocks left in the crawl space. The vents were then sealed with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels, graphite infused for better insulation, and piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed for masonry. The dimpled Drainage Matting provides a thermal break and durability and the bright white CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth and keeps it better insulated. Justin and his team installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to pull moisture from the air, up to 100 pints per day, completing this encapsulation.
