This job requires the installation of a complete waterproofing system. The system includes the installation of drain tiles to manage water flow, a drain mat to protect the foundation, and a super sump system with a backup to ensure efficient water removal, even during power outages. This comprehensive system is designed to keep the basement dry and free from water damage.

-Rotten window wells were removed and rebuilt with new treated lumber.

-Redirect downspouts to catch basins to help keep as much water away from the house.

Addressing the rotten structure required replacing all damaged wood and redirecting the rain leader away from the house, as it was the main cause of the damage. Additionally, we replaced the old, malodorous fiberglass insulation with new silver airboard insulation.

Clean-up (fiberglass removal) and replaced with air board rigid insulation, installation of drain mat with cleanspace vapour barrier, replace rotten base plate structural wall with new wood.
