I just wanted to send a quick note about today's service. It was in Pitt Meadows. We dealt with Lars and were beyond happy with his assessment. I don't normally write emails like this, but thought his service was exceptionally friendly and focused in the customer's needs. So good job and please thank him for his honest work.

Our crawl space has been absolutely great! It has been dry all these years and has made a difference in keeping the floors draft free. I was just in the crawl space yesterday turning our outdoor tap on after our very long winter weather.  I am going to be 82 next month! and believe me I wouldn't  have been doing that on a dirt crawl space. Also our plumber was very pleased to see the crawl space insulated when he had to repair this very same outdoor  plumbing problem. The money was well spent and we have been living in our house for fifty-five years, since we got married! My husband is going to be 88 on Thursday.

I expect you won't be surprised by this update, but I have to admit to being slightly anxious about what I'd find when I went to check the crawl space this morning following the recent atmospheric river rain event.   So it was wonderful to find a completely dry crawl space. It's the first time since we've been in the building (16 years) that the area wasn't drenched and/or filled with water following a rain storm. Perhaps it's even the first time in the building's 100-year history.    Thank you so much again for an amazing system, and installation process.

Had a crack in the wall, had a flood in 2021 & racoon in c/space. Heard about BSV on the radio and went to home show in Abbotsford. The whole thing from start to finish was handled very professionally, quickly and to our full satisfaction. The lads that installed were absolutely fantastic, I would not hesitate to recommend you 100%.

First of all I must say that all of my dealing with him have been very positive and pleasant. He arrives on time, is courteous, open to answering questions and is thorough. All of my dealings with everyone I have dealt with at BSV have been very positive. Kofi got the repairs completed today and cleaned up the standing water that was on top of the white membrane at the opposite end (east end) of the crawl space from where the sump was installed (west end). Jordan specified the location and he is very experienced. I agree!
