Suspecting a plumbing issue, they hired a plumber who found no problems with the pipes but confirmed leaks, moisture, and mold in the crawlspace. Saber’s design specialist thoroughly inspected the crawlspace and identified water intrusion from California’s heavy rains as the primary issue. To address this, Saber installed:

• French Drain: A system to drain excess water and prevent it from pooling in the crawlspace.
• Smart Sump Systems: Two Smart Sumps with a high-efficiency pump to collect and remove water efficiently.
