Ron A. from Sacramento was looking for a way to keep his crawl space dry.  Ron searched the web and reached out to NorCal Foundation Support. Since Ron is a homeowner, he was able to make an appointment for a free inspection and estimate on his crawl space.  

Shortly after he had reached out to NorCal Foundation Support. Ron was told that our CleanSpace system would be an excellent solution for all of his crawl space problems. 

A SmartDrain was installed to identify any water leaks. The CleanSpace encapsulation system  was installed in the crawl space and wrapped around the piers to create insulation as well as keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System comes with the extra bonus of noticeably warmer floors which lowers heating bills.

Rainy weather was leaving this Folsom home with a wet crawlspace. NorCal Foundation Support installed our sump pump to draw water out of the crawl space, reducing moisture.

These support beams would have not been so lucky if Brett had waited longer to get his crawl space fixed. The SmartSump pump system with liner, cast iron pump, CleanPump stand, and the WaterWatch alarm system were all installed to relocate moisture away from the house. A SmartDrain was also installed to identify future plumbing leaks. The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed in the crawl space and the base of the piers were wrapped to create insulation as well as to keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Vent covers were installed to prevent future moisture from getting into the crawl space. The SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep humidity levels low. Lastly the LawnScape outlet was installed to discharge the water away from the home.

Installing the Encapsulation System comes with the extra bonus of noticeably warmer floors which lowers heating bills by 10%-15% and the crawlspace can now be used for extra storage. 

Brett was happy with this solution; he has had no further issues with unknown water leakage and build up. His crawl space is now dry and will stay that way for years!

To assist with drainage, the SmartPipe, SmartSump pump, and WaterWatch alarm system were all installed. The WaterWatch alarm system would let Jasmine know if any leaks were present in her crawl space. 

Jasmine is happy with this solution because his crawl space is now dry and insulated.
