Carlos M. from Concord noticed cracks in the foundation walls of his house. He knew that this was bad and meant that the foundation was not providing the stability necessary for his house. While searching for solutions he found NorCal Foundation Support. 

Shortly after his decision to fix his foundation he called and found out that because he is a homeowner, he was eligible for a free appointment and estimate.

His appointment followed shortly after his call.  He was informed during the appointment that the foundation could be stabilized permanently with CarbonArmor and some excavation. This process would even out the foundation around the house as well as help prevent future cracking of walls. 

Carlos agreed that the suggested CarbonArmor and excavation work sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to preventing further cracking in the foundation. 

Carlos is now extremely happy with the CarbonArmor solution and how the foundation is more stable with the work completed. He can now rest assured that his house is on a more stable foundation than it was before.

Robin H. Of Concord, CA noticed that the concrete around her house and pool deck was sinking. She knew this could be a future tripping hazard, and could get worse if she let it go uncorrected any longer.

Instead of just covering over the issue, our PolyLevel system is injected into the ground and lifts the concrete from below; filling the gap that was caused by erosion of the soil underneath the concrete. During his call he found out that because he is a homeowner, he was eligible for a free appointment and estimate on his walkway.

His appointment followed shortly after his call.  He was informed by the System Design Specialist during the appointment that his pool deck could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel and resealed with NexusPro joint sealer. 

This process would even out the pool deck as well as prevent further sinking, which would result in the concrete becoming uneven again. He agreed that PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to his pool area.

Shifting soils caused the homeowner to become concerned about voids under their outdoor concrete staircase.  Our PolyLevel foam was injected under the staircase and walkway to fill any voids.  Any overflow was then removed to clean up the work are and staircase appearance.

John S. resident of San Ramon, had a couple of slabs and brickwork on his front walkway and a couple of slabs in his driveway that were in need of leveling.

After setting an appointment with NorCal Foundation Support our specialist came to look at the walkway and driveway. During the appointment John agreed with our suggestion to use PolyLevel which is a high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and lift the sinking concrete slabs and brickwork back to their original level. 

After the PolyLevel was injected John was amazed at the results and is glad that the leveling will last for years to come.
