A customer in Ardsley, NY was getting water in their basement and had existing water damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution to their problem. Once an appointment was set, it would be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to go to the home to estimate the issues and provide a solution. 

Once a job was proposed it would then be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his team to get started on the installation. They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system below ground to capture any water that might seep in. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump that will collect and pump out the water from the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier and protect it from any moisture. Now this basement is dry and the homeowner no longer has to worry about water issues! 

This Sleepy Hollow, NY home had cracking and bowing walls that was caused from soil expansion. The homeowner was very concerned for the safety of his home and wanted to take care of the problem immediately. After doing some research, he decided to set an appointment with Connecticut Basement Systems to help find him a solution. 

Glen Kerpchar was the Sales Representative who arrived at the home the day of the appointment. He concluded that in order to fix the bowing of the walls, Carbon Armor would need to be installed. A homeowner in Pelham, NY, facing basement water seepage turned to us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a solution. One of our Sales Consultant, Christopher Klonaridis assessed the issue and created a plan.

One of our Foreman, Vic Varela and his team installed the WaterGuard drainage system to direct water to the sump liner, the TripleSafe sump pump system with three pumps for reliable water removal, and an XL Trench Drain to manage water in entry areas. These systems ensure the basement stays dry and protected.

After noticing wetness in their basement, a homeowner in Pelham, NY decided it was time for a change. They reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems to receive an estimate, and Sales Consultant Stephen Singley was quickly dispatched to the location. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to lead water from the wall into the drains below.
