 A homeowner in Farmington, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Ron Marra, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system as the solution. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water coming in from the walls or below the floor. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With these systems working, this basement will now stay dry, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind!

One of our Foremen, Clive Burrell, and his team installed this job. They installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to collect water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. Now this basement will stay dry and moisture free!
