Upon calling, she made contact with Sales Representative Jeff Wade. Following his visit to the home, Wade provided the homeowner with a final proposal documenting all his suggestions for waterproofing solutions. 

With the proposal accepted by the homeowner, work began in the basement. Foreman Marcial Lopez arrived on-site with his crew, beginning the installation process. Installing our WaterGuard system around the perimeter helps protect against encroaching water along the perimeter. Furthermore, this ties back into the TripleSafe sump pump system that swiftly expels additional water outside the home. 

With the install complete, the homeowner was thrilled with the results and looks forward to using her moisture-free basement!

A homeowner in Hartford, CT, was dealing with water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Doug Wheeler, visited the home and proposed our full perimeter waterproofing system as a solution. 

Soon after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take all of the collected seepage and safely pump it out of the home. Lastly, they installed our Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth.

A building in Hartford, CT, wanted a long-term waterproofing solution. The owner called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. We sent one of our Sales Consultant, Stephen Singley, to look at the space and come up with a plan.

When the time arrived, one of our Foreman, Marcial Lopez, and his team went to the space. They started with installing our WaterGuard drainage system beneath the floor slab to efficiently capture any incoming water. Then, they set up our TripleSafe sump pump to efficiently expel water from the building. The team also installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, a 100% waterproof plastic barrier that prevents leaks and mold growth. They also added our SaniDry Sedona, the world's most efficient high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system. With these waterproofing products in place, the building will remain dry, providing the owner with peace of mind!

A homeowner in Hartford, CT was getting water into their basement and needed a solution. Once the plan was approved it was time for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew to install this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system along with our SuperSump Plus. These will work together to collect the water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed a CleanSpace wall system to protect the walls from water/moisture and ensure if there is any, it gets directed into the WaterGuard system. Now this basement will stay dry because of our strong waterproofing systems. 

When we arrived in this basement, it was humis and wet. The existing sump pump was insufficient, and wasn't able to dry out the space when it rained. We replaced the old pump with our TripleSafe system. The TripleSafe includes a primary pump, secondary pump in case of heavy water, and a backup battery pump. Alongside the SaniDry dehumidifier, the TripleSafe system created a dry basement!
