The solution for this crawl space was to install CleanSpace liner, a WaterGuard system and a SaniDry Sedona. The WaterGuard system will keep the crawl space dry by channeling the water internally to the sump pump. The CleanSpace liner that is applied to the walls and floors of the area prevents air and moisture from entering the space. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity low which will make the air healthier by getting rid of moisture and preventing mold from growing. It would soon then be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to tackle this project.
