After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Christopher Klonaridis, went to the home to assess the issues that were going on and provide the homeowner with a proper solution.
Soon the next step in the process is to have one of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his crew install this project. They installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier all over the crawlspace. This will protect the basement from water and moisture damage. They also installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls. This will help keep heat within the space, which will overall help keep their home more energy efficient. To ensure no excess moisture or mold growth, they installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now this crawlspace is protected from water and mold, and is insulated for the long term!

The homeowners in this Cos Cob, CT home had a continuing water problem in their basement. They had water coming in through the walls and forming mold. The homeowners were unsure of what they should do when they contacted Connecticut Basement Systems for an evaluation. We sent out our basement waterproofing expert Ralph to solve the problem. Ralph identified water seeping in through the walls and recommended installation of our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Our wall vapor is a 100% waterproof material that prevents any moisture from coming in through the walls.
