He then provided a solution for one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott to come out and fix. 

They installed 4 PowerBraces. These will work to stabilize and straighten out the foundation by slowly tightening each brace using a specific tool. Eventually, the braces can become flush with the wall, ensuring the wall will stay in a straight position. Our team will come out to check and tighten the braces as needed. Now the homeowner can relax knowing their home will be stabilized. 

A homeowner in Lakeville, CT expressed interest in encapsulating his crawl space. Previously a cold, damp space, the homeowner wanted to ensure the space was protected against moisture. Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Don Godbout.
