Soon it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team would install this project. They installed WaterGuard drains around the perimeter of the basement, under the floor, to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. They also installed one of our TripleSafe sump pumps that will pump the water out of the home at a safe distance. They installed a CleanSpace wall system to protect from vapor. Now with these systems, this basement will stay dry all the time. 

A homeowner in Stratford, CT was looking to install an egress window in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent one of our Salesmen, Don Godbout, to the home to assess the area and propose our RockWell Egress Window. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott installed this egress. After having the foundation cut, they installed framing for a new window and then installed it. They then installed our RockWell egress which is up to safety code, so that in case of an emergency, someone in the basement has an easy way out the window and up the egress.
