They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, visited the home to assess the issues and propose a permanent solution. 

One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and his crew installed this job. They installed our SmartJack support posts throughout the basement to stabilize and support the floor above and the entire home. These are permanent solutions that solve the sagging floor issue and ensure a stable home.

One of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to assess the issue and provide the homeowner with an estimate for a solution. Once ready to go ahead with the work, one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew would install this job. 

They began by installing our WaterGuard drain system below the floor to collect water coming in from the walls and the floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The crew also installed our CleanSpace wall system to act as a vapor barrier. These systems would ensure their basement will stay dry and no longer have to worry about the water seepage.
