Our Overall Service
Very good work, very efficient. We had a rough start, we didn't know exactly when the crew would show up to start. We had a week and I thought later in the week but Sheldon was there first thing Monday. We weren't there but he adjusted fine - came back the next day. Dan was very responsive and got my questions answered very quickly.

Sales Process
Chuck was great - very practical, knowledgeable, down to earth, not pushy at all. He helped us think through how far we should go with it - like our stairway. If it's working, leave it there, too much money to spend on something we didn't need. I would say the estimate was a little lean - we ended up installing maybe 3 times the number of lights that he quoted, for instance.
Our Installation Crew
Sheldon and his crew were great. Sheldon obviously takes pride in his work and he was great about it when we made a modification partway through, even though he had to re-do some things. Ron the electrician was also very good, he explained things to me and we got the lights figured out. Couldn't believe the rapid installation of the new sump.
The Cleanup Process
It was still pretty dusty after the crew left, but all in all the space was kept reasonable throughout.
