This home needed a new sump pump and DryZone delivered. 

This home had water gathering at the bottom of the stair by the door. DryZone had the solution. 

Basements can take on many shapes and sizes. For this basement, the walls had high and low spots that seemed to form a small crawl space in the basement. DryZone ensured every inch of the walls were wrapped, including the small crawl space, to seal the basement completely. With a WaterGuard trench drain, a SaniDry dehumidifier and sump pump were also added to keep humidity as low as possible. 

When your crawl space doorway is made of metal, rust is inevitable. This homeowner has a rusting crawl space doorway that was not keeping the outside elements out of the crawlspace. Our DryZone crew installed an Everlast Crawls Space Door which is a snug fitting, completely plastic door. This will keep the outside where it belongs; outside. The owners of this home had decided that they wanted to change it from a place of storage to when where they spend their time and to do this they called the experts here at DryZone. The first step in transforming this into a livable area was to ensure that it was waterproof and to do this we installed a brand new SumpPump as well as a vapor barrier along the wall. The SumpPump will direct water away from the basement while the Vapor barrier will prevent moisture from permeating through the wall, act as insulation, and provides a neat finish.
