Part of this homeowner's crawlspace has been heavily affected by water and humidity. With a call to DryZone, we installed a SmartSump pump, a Hydrolink drainage system and drainage matting to reduce water and the effects of water vapor under the home.

Concrete is very porous and holds moisture for a long time. When moisture stays on the concrete block foundation, it can increase the humidity in a crawl space. This crawl space had high humidity levels with obviously wet concrete blocks on the foundation. After encapsulating, the crawl space is protected from moisture in the concrete blocks. 

This homeowner was experiencing sagging insulation and moisture in their crawlspace. A crawlspace encapsulation was just what was in order for this homeowner needs. 

This snowy cold crawlspace gets a clean out and a great insulation called SilverGlo. Made of materials that won't grow mold, and reflect the heat into the crawlspace more. In addition they also got a new sump pump with drainage.
