We had a huge pine tree land across the entire length of the house during Hurricane Ian at over 135 mph. It cracked my entire foundation. We had 3 companies come out and give us estimates, and hands down - from my initial call to LRE, my free estimate appointment with Stephen (the design specialist), all my follow up calls with Cassidy, (the account manager), as well as the technicians that came out for the repair - this company was superior to the other companies we had contacted. Everyone we dealt with at this company has been professional and answered our many questions and concerns. Being in sales and customer service myself for over 40 years, it's very hard to find a company that I would personally recommend. The crew did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up. Cheyenne told me what they were gonna do before they did it. He brought me out while they were doing it to show me the process and then brought me out at the end and explained everything. It was a wonderful experience.

LRE was the second company we called for a quote for concrete leveling. From Robert’s initial visit and estimate, to the great communication with Cindy in scheduling, and Scott’s awesome work in completing the job, my wife and I were highly impressed. We are so happy we chose LRE. Also, Scott is such a hard worker that clearly takes pride in his work. Our project's start date got moved up three weeks (wonderful surprise!) and on a day we both were home. From the time Scott arrived, all the way to getting the work done and thoroughly cleaned up, he was happy to explain the process and answer any questions. From start to finish, LRE did an amazing job. Scott and Rowan were skilled, professional, and friendly. Finally, after years of having a hazardous sinking driveway, and fear of it washing away, it feels like we have a new driveway! They even came a little early to beat the summer rains which was so appreciated. They were so great in answering all of my questions and explaining the process of what they were doing. The LRE Crew of Fed Francois, Merrick Scarlett, Jalen Allen, Vincent Amato, and Jeremy Sieber arrived at our home on June 26, 2023. For the next five weeks, your crew conducted the monumental task of drilling and placing more than 45 steel piers in our home, lanai and garage. During those five weeks the heat index in Florida was record setting. The work ethic of your crew exceeded our expectation. Without fail, the crew showed up every day on time, worked hard, through extreme heat and were very careful to clean up the construction area before they left. We would be remiss if we did not let you know, the crew never left early, many nights they worked late, even though the heat and the work was exhausting. We so appreciate the expertise, work ethic and attitude of LRE and your staff.

He gave me the information I needed and didn't gaslight me to make a sale. He told me what should be done, what could be done, and what did not need to be done. I was very impressed with the 3 man crew that did the work. They were professional, courteous and informative. Even though they encountered some obstacles that were not of their doing they were able to complete the project. They went as far as to send someone back to Largo from Naples to pick up larger equipment. If ever I have the need for foundation work I would gladly use and recommend them. Thank you LRE crew.

From the start of the first meeting, Joe was very informative and honest with his thoughts on my spa deck repair. The support staff and office followed up with numerous emails and kept me up to date on the schedule and scope of the work. On the day of the repair, Brad and Justin got to work setting up and drilling the holes for the foam. They were both very polite and professional throughout the process. From the time I made my first phone call to LRE Foundation Repair for an estimate and spoke to Sarah, to the last call I made this morning to Cassidy, I've had nothing but “OUTSTANDING” service! TJ came out to my house for an estimate, and was professional, thorough, explained very clearly the work to be done, and he went out of his way to provide assistance. When the crew came to my house, my crew supervisor, Omar, did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do, expedited the job with a team that worked harder than any crew I've ever dealt with, and then cleaned up as if no one had ever been on my property. I spoke with several other employees in the office over the last couple of weeks, including Fay and Victoria, both whom represented LRE Foundation well. The two installers were professional, polite and answered every question we had during the install. They were neat and cleaned up like no one was here. John came with all kinds of pictures and professional presentation of what their solution to our problem was. He was experienced in his field and a nice family man. 

They were really respectful of my property and Carlos was fantastic. I've had so many contractors on my property and Carlos was by far the most attentive, respectful, and communicative crew leaders I've dealt with. Gave me a lot of comfort that they weren't breaking my house or cutting corners. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with this crew. We felt like Ross, the person who gave us the quote, was honest about the scope of work. He was very nice and walked us through everything so we felt comfort in his expertise but also that he wasn't trying to push unnecessary work on us.
