The dehumidifier in this crawl space was no longer controlling humidity levels in the crawl space. This led to moisture issues, musty odors, and wood rot. In its place, we installed our high-performance SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The SaniDry Sedona is the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system (without a bulky heat exchange core). The Sedona helps prevent mold and reduce musty odors, providing a dry, comfortable air source. Even though the Sedona is small in size, it's powerful enough to lower humidity in even the dampest environment. 

Rainwater was dumping too close to the foundation with short gutter downspouts. Longer downspouts were buried to carry water away from the foundation. This helped to prevent water from pooling around the foundation and causing erosion and water damage.flooding. 

Our LawnScape Outlet is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet. This pipe lets water out onto the surface while camouflaging the pipe end. The lid comes off for easy cleaning, minimizing home maintenance.

To effectively manage surface water and prevent it from flooding this customers home, we installed our TrenchDrain System. 

After heavy rains, water was pooling against this home’s foundation. Our crew installed the French Drain system along the perimeter of the home to direct water away from this home’s foundation. Moisture no longer stands a chance against this system!
