Our specialist thoroughly inspected the system and suggested that the CleanSpace Encapsulation System is the ideal solution for their needs. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed as the dehumidification element of the system.

To prevent further humidity issues, the insulation was removed with a Cleanspace Encapsulation system, Sedona dehumidifier and a sump pump was installed.

A homeowner in Savannah, GA called in with concern about soft spots in floors and possible subfloor replacement. A Smartjack system was installed to fix the floors as well as a Sedona dehumidifier with cleanspace to regulate the humidity. 

In a recent installation for a customer, we first laid down the CleanSpace Drainage matting system across the entire crawl space floor. This involved carefully positioning the matting to ensure proper water flow and drainage. Once the matting was in place, we installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over it, ensuring a tight and secure fit against the walls and floor. This dual-layer system effectively prevents moisture intrusion and promotes a healthier, more durable crawl space.

Brian also suggested that we install our SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

After two days of installation, the crawl space was completely encapsulated and the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome!
