Mike Jones

Mike is self-taught in the ways of construction through several home improvement projects for himself and for friends & family. Before joining Team Woods in February 2013, Mike worked as an assistant manager for a family owned restaurant, giving him 7 years of valuable customer service experience. He has also undergone electrician training and earned his certification.

After a few years of installing quality projects, he was promoted to a production foremen position.

His daily responsibilities now include quality assurance, efficiency and the overall productivity of his crew. Mike is excited to play a part in the direction the company is moving and the opportunity to teach others and watch them succeed by growing their skills and quality performances.  Mike is a good and disciplined Leader/Coach and he soon earned the position as a production manager, duplicating his high level of performance now with the added responsibility of several crews and even more customers.

Outside of work Mike likes to spend time with his family. Some of their favorite activities include going to the park and having dinner together. In his spare time, Mike also trains and competes in Jiu Jitsu. 

AFTER 10 years with the company, August 2023, Mike was promoted to Director of Operations and we are so proud of him and how he cares for our customers and team.
