This company goes beyond what we expected. One Board member felt our water problem could not be solved as we had water in the basement for over 40 years. Woods Basement System has proved him wrong and he still can't believe we have not had any water since the system was installed.
"Mac" McDaniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and returned all phone calls promptly.
Mac explained all details of the project. He met with the Church Board and gave a thorough explanation of the project, taking time to answer questions asked by the Board.
The installation crew, in completing the project, made changes at the request of the Church Board.
