Our Overall Service
Crew missed an item on the list to be done and didn't not leave an exit from the drainage system into the sump well upon original visit. They left sump lid materials behind on 2nd visit and were only returned because I called and offered.
Call Representative
Calling in to ask questions, set up appts. and speak with billing were not convenient due to having to call main line first and wait for a return call each time. Staff were pleasant and helpful otherwise.
Sales Process
He was very instrumental in Woods getting the bid. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
