Our Overall Service

TBS has not followed up on promises made. Paid 30% on 1/4 and didn't get install date until 2/25. Still no firm estimate. Paid over 23k and do not know what the final charge will be.

Call Representative

Everyone I speak to is professional and polite; however, the service and speed has been lacking.

Sales Process

Brian was great but none of what he said has come to fruition. I think Verne had some serious setbacks so I expect time for TBS to adjust to his absence; however, I've never felt my project is a priority to TBS.

Our Installation Crew

Melvin was great - I wish I knew the moiney we spent to waterproof our basement in line with the rest of our budget.

The Cleanup Process

Again, Melvin was great.

What made you choose our company:

Jeremy - Jim and Julia are great and have done their best to maintain our project. I realize Verne was injured and I want hurt workers to be protected and companies to treat them well. I can deal with extensions - I just need more communication and adjusted expectations based on current circumstances. I think Jim and Julia have a hard time communicating about our project and many things are falling through that are routinely communicated. My experience has not been what I expected and is consistently disappointing.
