Our Overall Service

The work was done great but I feel like when we scheduled the day to do the work, I was given an extremely close date to get our service. I thought it was too good to be true and proved myself right when I received a phone call the Monday of the week it was supposed to be done to reschedule.

Very polite.

Sales Process

Salesman knew what he was talking about. The only part we were upset with was he told us it was a 1 day project and when the crew got there, they said it was a two-day project before even going in the basement.

Our Installation Crew

Very knowledgable and passionate about their work. They were able to answer any questions we had.

The Cleanup Process

They did more cleaning up than we expected.

What made you choose our company:

Originally, the work was supposed to be done before any other company could come do a quote and we were wanting the work done as soon as possible. The work got pushed back almost a month which upset us but by then we were already past the 24 hour cancellation policy.
