Sales Process
(4.5) While the salesperson, Luke, was very pleasant and explained the process, it turned out that the placement for the sump pump which necessitated a return visit from my electrician to install another outlet at the new sump pump placement site.
Our Installation Crew
They were very nice and accommodating. Chris explained what he was doing and I appreciated his using his expertise to assure of the best location for the sump pump which was different from the original plan. The discharge line was also switched to the back yard from of the front yard which was good.
The Cleanup Process
