Nolan Martz performed his job OK, but I understand there was no contact between Nolan and the installing crew.

Feedback from others who have used Woods Basement Systems + the detailed information that is in the Woods Basement Systems FOUNDATION REPAIR SCIENCE Manual. NOTE: BRAD (lead of 2 man crew) was very knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. Employees like Brad is what would make me recommend Woods Basement Systems to others. I was surprised that the sales person (Nolan Martz) had not discussed the project face to face with Brad prior to Brad arriving to perform the work. Believe there is a communications "gap" between Sales and installing crew.
