If by call representative, you mean the follow up telephone call, it was not good. When I pressed the number for my response it disconnected me.

Sales Process

Our Installation Crew

These guys were always professional! I never heard one foul word out of them. At the end of every day they would tidy the work area. Greg, the crew leader, would brief me on what was accomplished, what they would do next, and approximate time of arrival. He would then call to let me know when they were about 30 minutes from arrival.
