Jon was very thorough and very informative. He was the second of two representatives from different companies. At first, I was not thrilled that Jon was measuring and surveying more than the two areas I wanted him to look at, but I changed my attitude after listening to the resluts of that survey.
The one complaint I have is that Roger and Josh had to have me talk to their boss before they could get on their way. Okay, so I'm standing right in front of these guys and I'm supposed to tell their boss ... what? What if the case was that I was not completely satisified with some aspect of their behavior or whatever. I was not, but what if I were? My intention would be to correct that issue for the next person the next job site. I might just have well tell them to their face, which is something I would want you to do, discretely. The whole idea of having their boss on the line, like they were not professional enough or big boys was something I wanted to tell Merlin or Marvin or whomever it was on the other end of the line. But more than anything I wanted to let Roger and Josh leave. It was late. They worked hard. I was embarrassed for them that they had to suffer this humility. That's how I would have felt had I been them.

Concrete Lifting & Leveling
What made you choose our company:
I simply searched the internet for concete lifting. I almost did not even give you a try based on the name alone ... this job had nothing to do with my basement. Jon was the up front difference over the competition. The competition was more expensive, which would not have been the deal breaker for me. But the only thing they looked at was the two areas I asked them to look at. Jon looked at everything and educated me on what he was finding. I have answered "No' to the reference questions ... nothing to do with my impression. Don't want the interruption. And, one more thing, if you would not hear this as reflecting poorly on Josh ... Roger worked his butt off.
