I feel that Juan cared about giving me what I wanted, but that he also cared about his crew. The first day on the job I noticed he had left and then Heidi called and told me that Juan thought he had found asbestos in my crawlspace. Chris came the next day and assured me that is was not asbestos. The next time Juan came he apologized to me but expressed that his first priority were his crew. Thank you for sending a really nice crew to my home.
Everyone was great. I just feel that for what we had done was really expensive.
I believe that I talked with Heidi on the phone confirming appointments and discussing details. She was so patient, cheerful and informative.
Doug was very nice and explained the procedure in depth, showed me pictures and answered all my questions.
Juan, Michael, & Daniel were so excellent! Each of them (on varying days) would put down whatever they were carrying, stop what they were doing and answer my questions (with a smile) as if they had nothing else to do but explain things they were doing to me. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. I never saw them take a break, goof off, or leave the job.
Juan & his crew always cleaned up after themselves and hauled off any debris that they cleaned out from my crawlspace.
