What made you choose our company:
I had estimates from the Crack Team and Atlas Foundation. The Crack Team estimate came in a little higher, but the sales rep seemed aggravated knowing I was getting other estimates. He hardly spent any time with me and asked if the other bidders took measurements. (Almost like he didn't want to take any measurements himself.) When I asked questions, he looked at me like I was crazy. There was no follow-up from Crack Team. Atlas Foundation spent probably 1.5 hours with me, and never provided a bid. Rep said they could mudjack my garage slab (which had nothing to do with the foundation settling in the back of the house) and talked to me about gutters and trees. I never heard back from them either. Ken at Woods spent time with me and went over everything. If I e-mailed or called, he quickly responded and was patient with me. I knew Woods had a good reputation and rated high on the BBB web site.
