They definitely make sure your happy, which leads to great customer service when it comes to the whole staff.
We had Scott, he came over for our yearly maintenance call. He was fast and arrived right on time. Called us before he got there just to make sure we were still on for the appointment and worked around our schedule which was great. Informed us of other Woods Basement Systems services and explained in detail what each would do, he did not pressure me to buy them he just stressed the important role that the additional services would help us save money and possible house damage. He gave our house a detailed inspection and informed us on issues about our house.
Never knew anyone was there, until I looked at the fine details and realized he left it cleaner than before.
